  • Traditional concrete underpinning
  • House and building re-levelling

2.2 Service Availability

Services are available across all Australian states and territories, subject to availability and scheduling. Service availability in specific locations may vary and will be confirmed upon enquiry.

2.3 Site Inspections

We offer free, no-obligation site inspections. During these inspections, our qualified engineers assess your property and provide recommendations. Site inspections do not create any obligation on your part to proceed with repairs.

3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1 Quote Validity

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of the site inspection and assessment.

3.2 Quote Acceptance

By accepting a quote (verbally, in writing, or by payment), you agree to proceed with the work as described and accept these Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Price Variations

The quoted price is fixed for the scope of work described. However, prices may be subject to variation if:

  • Additional work is requested beyond the original scope
  • Unforeseen site conditions are discovered that materially affect the work required
  • Access or site conditions differ from those present during the initial assessment
  • Changes are required due to new regulatory requirements

Any price variations will be discussed and agreed upon with you before proceeding with additional work.

3.4 Pricing Accuracy

While we strive to ensure all pricing information on our website is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. All quotes are subject to a formal site inspection and written quotation.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in your written quote. Standard payment arrangements may include:

  • Deposit payment upon acceptance of quote (typically 50%)
  • Final payment upon completion of works

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified in your quote.

4.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work if payments are not made in accordance with agreed terms.

4.4 Disputed Payments

If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate disputes promptly.
